Roles & Responsibilities of The Candidates:

• Be responsible to handle inbound calls, chat, emails and web interface to drive business KPIs with existing and new customers and maintain a good knowledge pf computers and high technical acumen for client / end user computing preferably experience in offering technical support services
• Understand the need of customer & provide a suitable solution to the customer’s issue in terms of repair services/ Warranties
• Conduct “need” analysis, relay service information, and provide appropriate quotations
• Be responsible for providing solutions for technical issues (hardware & software) on calls that may end with booking orders for paid repair services/ support, renewal services, and /or with relevant Dell products
• Understand the administrative and operational requirements of the job and be able to adapt to the remote work environment.

Dell Recruitment 2022– Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be graduate in Engineering
• Candidates must be experienced minimum 1 to 4 years maximum.

Dell Recruitment 2022– Skills Required:

• Undergrad with 1 year of relevant work experience required
• Should be willing to work in shifts in a 24 x 7 work environment (primary shifts in US time zones ) and should be residing within Transport Boundaries

• Excellent telephones soft skills, through telephone function skills & email etiquette
• Good solutions positioning & influential selling techniques
• Any relevant Certification/Qualification
