First of all, Thank You for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself.
I am Sujatha Basu from Odisha, currently staying in West Bengal, Kolkata District.
I have completed my post-graduation (Structural Engineering) from Jadavpur University in 2022.
I completed my graduation from Jadavpur University in 2020.
I did my first Internship at TalentServe Pvt Ltd.
I have completed my Higher Secondary Education in Sri Vani Junior College, Jagtial in 2017 and I did my Secondary Education in ZPHS in my native place in 2015.
As a person I believe I have certain strengths in my personality, my strengths are I’m a loyal and trustworthy person. Also I’m a good multi-tasking. I’m good team player and quick learner, also manipulated person. Easily adaptable to any kind of environment and with people.
So, far as my family background is concerned there are 5 members in my family and I’m the eldest son.
My technical skills are in C, C++, HTML, CSS and Ms office.
I have a couple of hobbies which are listening to music, watching movies, playing cricket and Carrom.
My short-term goal is to get a job in a reputed company where I can utilize my skills and improve my career path. My long-term goal is to be in respectable position in that organisation.

I am Shreyashi Khanra from kollam in karunagapally.
I completed my HSE( higher secondary education)from Govt. the higher secondary school in 2021 with an 83%.
And I did my SSC (secondary school certificate) from GHSS in 2019 with a 92% marks .
At present, I’m pursuing BSc( bachelor of science) in nursing from Mount Zion Medical College Pathanamthitta which is affiliated with KUHS (Kerala university of health science).
During my free time, I like to listening music, playing badminton and speaking with someone and watching web series.
I belong to a four-members family. They are Father, Mother, brother and me.
My father is a driver, my mother is a housewife and my elder brother is a MBBS student.
My short-term goal is to get a job in a reputed company where I can improve my skills and gain experience.
My long-term goal is to become a more knowledgeable personality in a respectable position.
Coming to my strengths, my strength are I’m positive and self motivated person. I’m a team players. My weaknesses are I always over prepare for any work that is assigned to me and I’m a bit lazy about which i am not interested also easily trusting everyone.

Yes sir, I have no problem in relocation. I’m very adaptable to any king of environment and with people. I find no difficulty in being relocated anywhere in India. I like travelling new places so no problem in travelling also.

Yes I am, In group there is no leader, as there is a leader in team. In team only the leader guides and motivates their co-workers to achieve their goals, while in group we all have to co-operate each other.

My parent, they have been very open minded and supported me in every field.

I won’t motivated from any person I always get inspired by the bad time that happened in my past. So, I get motivated by believing myself, my own efforts, and my own hard work.

My parents have always been my inspiration. Whatever they have achieved in their lives being dedicated to work and family as well despite all the hard times. They have sacrificed a lot for my career. This inspires me a lot.

I would say no for a lie. If the lie is not against the moral principles that we have been definitely I will lie if it is not harming some person then I definitely do it for company as it is beneficial for us.

Definitely no, because I believe that convincing or explaining the situation is an optimal solution instead of lying. Lying can decline the company’s reputation. No one can hide the fact too long when they know the truth our company may lose the trust. And we should remember trust is most expensive and can’t be purchasable.

Probably I would say no for a lie. But if condition persists that my lie will help thousands of persons and it is not giving any impact to other persons, then I will agree with the lie. My one lie results lot of success and happiness without hurting others rights then I expect to do this.

I couldn’t secure a perfect 100/100 marks in my math paper in 12 standard, despite my hard work. That is my biggest failure till now.

An ideal company is the one which provides the healthy and good environment and lots of opportunities for employees to do work.
The ideal job is a job which gives me job satisfaction and a good working environment so that I can improve my skills and gains good experience which will contribute to my successful career.
The ideal location is where these two things are present.

Hard work works hard but may not think about the output he is giving on time or not. But smart worker manages all the time and also give output on time.

According to my view, I want to reach the 5th floor. So, I will go through the lift. This is smart work. If I will go by steps is nothing but hard work.
By these two ways, we can reach our goal. But if we will go for smart work we don’t know when we will drop.
If we go for hard work definitely we will reach our goal but it will take some time.
hard work never fails.

I am motivated by learning new skills because that means I am continually improving, I am not sitting still. Positive thoughts always motivates me. I enjoy the thrill of completing challenging tasks when I am under pressure. My family is also a big motivation for me.

I love perfection if someone is not doing the work as they are supposed to do work with the perfection, then I get angry.

According to me, anger is one of those emotions which is the quick reaction when things not happening according to ourselves. The thing which gave me anger is unnecessary judgement passing On me and my work.

As I’m a fresher, salary is not my first priority. This is a big platform to start my career and i want to improve my knowledge, skills and gain good experience. So i expect a considerable salary according to my ability and your company’s norms which will fulfil my economical needs.

As I am fresher, Salary is not an issue for me. Learning and gaining experience is my major priority. As your company is one of the most reputed company, I just accept the salary offered by you is the best in the industry.

I did not think yet about my salary in numbers. Because my first priority is to get a platform for gaining knowledge. And build a carrier in a reputed company. The salary will depend on my knowledge. It depends on the company.

I just heard about your company through my college, social site & newspaper. Also a colleague mentioned that he saw you were hiring on your company and said he had heard good things about your work environment. I went to your website and did some reading on the Careers page and liked what I saw, so I decided I should apply and I earn more about the opportunity.

The purpose of my life is to benefit the company and take this company to the higher level and other than that I want to help poor people and needy people ans also to enlighten the others people.

In order to be updated we need higher studies and if your company’s policies permit me, I will definitely go for it and if not then I will go for distance learning higher studies.

Actually sir, I have no plans for higher studies. I am looking to start my career and progress it with a solid organization. I am confident that I can prove my talent with my degree which I possess. I am interested in gaining work experience.

I am not actively looking for a job change. But I can change the job for some reason like as the work environment there is good or not. I understand stress and pressure are the big part of this job and I actually prefer to work under these conditions because I feel I am making progress and developing. Without pressure, there will be little progress in an organization.
I handle stress and pressure by making sure I am organized, by planning my work accordingly and by remaining calm in controls of my actions and my reactions.

Sir, I think one of the main qualities, that’s makes me unique and different from other candidates is my ability to come up with every innovative ideas. I am a self motivated person. Since I have to travel most of the time. Also I speak three languages. This would be very helpful to communicate effectively with different types of customers.

I have exceptional organizational skills. In my last job, I created a project which was termed as quite creative by the clients. I think my technical skills make me stand alone from all other candidates.

It is tricky question, but I will do my best and give my best with whole heartedly. I can say in the work provided, I can work in both the shifts if required.

I would like to rate myself an 8. 8 because I know that I am not perfect and there is always a scope for learning and improvement. Continuous learning is the most fundamental part of personal and professional growth

Sir/Ma’am, you are here to do that. How can I do that! You are a panel and you are working on that level. I certainly may not be able to do that in front of you.

Recently, I had taken a part of Quarantined Student Youth Network (QSYN) in my college. QSYN is a group where the peoples work together and helped others. During Covid-19 and Lockdown situations we collected some money from my colleagues and some other. From this money, we bought some masks, sanitizer, rice, soap, pulses, sugar etc etc. And then distributed them the poor peoples and families. They are very happy. Also helped migrant workers in this situation. This was my greatest achievement of my life till now but I believe there are many more to come in my near future.

As you know that I have never worked in my life and this is my first job, my inexperience is my weakness. But I beg to differ. I am confident and a fast learner. I assure you that I will perform my job without carrying any pre-conceived notions regarding how I feel. 

I believe my greatest fear is the fear losing someone who my love, my parent, brother, sister, my close friend losing them forever is my greatest fear.

I have high hopes that I will be selected. In case if I will not select, I will continue to look for another job in the same field that will fit my schedule and goals.

Although I prepare well and performed my level best. But if I do not get this position, I will try to see opportunity of learning behind it. I will evaluate and improve myself further to make myself worth for positions like this.

The biggest satisfaction comes from hard work. Though you have to face many failures, when you see the desired results and you know that you have done it without any help, it gives you the happiness that cannot be replaced by anything else.

I feel happy when I accomplished my task. I also feel happy when I achieved my goals. Holiday with my family and friends also makes me happy.

Working in pressure actually brings out the best in me. There is a determination that makes me do things in the best manner. During my graduation days, I could not go to college for a month due to a curfew in the city. I did not have access to any resources by which I could make progress in my project. When I went back to college, I had to complete my project as well as write my semester exams. I realized that I had actually fared better in my exams as well as completed my project before time.

To lie to someone or to say no to someone.

Every person get irritated to their day to day life. Sometimes I get irritated too. My first pet peeves is when people wash their hands and don’t dry them with a towel and water drops on the floor. There is a reason why there is a towel near the sink. Also when somebody meet me with very unclean conditions, then I get irritated .

I was always interested in knowing the other side of any product right from my schooling. And while doing my career opportunities and discussed with my teachers. These influences let me to choose “Bachelor of Engineering” as a course.

I will keep myself motivator through self positive talk, watching inspirational videos, reading inspirational books, meeting inspirational people, knowing the stories of inspirational stories of the life, life history of the people etc.

Yes, Of course! Money doesn’t give us experience but work does. Actually my passion lies in technology, I will certainly work for your organization, even if I win a lottery.

Yes Sir, I will continue my work as it gives me satisfaction, Money comes and goes, where as the knowledge and skills that I will get during working will be my life experience and lessons which will help in my personal growth and improvement.

No sir, I don’t think so. I am a professional, and I love my work, so there is no question to leave my work. Yes, it may be that I would take a break to spend quality time with my family.

I enjoy working in an environment where the members of the team have a strong sense of camaraderie and a good work ethic. I like working with competent, kind and funny people who like to get things done. It’s important to me to feel that I can trust my team members to always do their best because I do.

As I’m a fresher, it was my dream to get into an organization. And would love to work with your company and achieve more and more to build my skills and knowledge, so there is no question of quitting.

I believe in the principle of honesty. So, my willingness to be a part of the lie would depend on the situation and the outcomes associated with it. If my lie will not jeopardize anyone and brings a positive result for the company and the employees, then I can be a part of it. However, I do not feel good about lying.

Sir, In that case, I will get her admitted to the hospital nearest to my job location and also I will appoint a person who will take care of her and I will be in touch with her.

Sir, I want that candidate to be technically skilled, creative and loyal to the company and should be optimistic and must have good communication skills.

We know that we have 24 hours in a day. The hand first overlaps at 12:00, then at 1:05, 2:10, 3.15, 4:20, 5:25, 6:30, 7:35, 8:40, 9:45 and 10:50 two times in a day. There will be no overlap at 11:55 because the hour hand is moving towards 12 while the minute hand is at 11. This sums up the result to 22.

I would ask the customer to explain his problem and carefully listen to him. After that, I do my best to solve his problem. If that problem is not regarding my work area, I spoke to someone who could help him immediately.

I will certainly go for the roots to find the reason and will see why is he lying. And then I will decide what to do.

Lazy people are very interesting. This is because lazy people generally work at night and they work very well, so I will tell my seniors or boss to perhaps have some other shift timings where lazy people can work in night.
